A United States Navy SEAL with over twenty-eight years of experience in Naval Special Warfare and Federal Law Enforcement and a New York City Police Department (NYPD) Detective 1st Grade. Their extraordinary training and unique experiences offer an unparallelled perspective to the security industry.

Throughout his remarkable career, the Navy SEAL has served as a trainer and instructor in Special Operations, Anti/Counter Terrorism, Executive Protection, Physical Security, Criminal investigations, Close Quarters Battle/Urban Warfare, Search and Seizure Techniques, Escape and Evasion, Tactical Ship Boarding, Diving Operations, Marksmanship, Demolitions, and International Ship and Port Security Code (ISPS). He has also served as a Deputy U.S. Marshal and Federal Agent in the Southern Districts of New York and Florida.  Never forgetting his frogman roots, Hector Delgado sits on the Board of Director for the National Navy SEAL Museum.

The retired NYPD Detective's illustrious career includes seven years as a member of the NYPD's elite Intelligence Division, where he coordinated protective service details for a plethora of U.S. and foreign dignitaries, including the Mayor of New York City, U.S. presidents and visiting heads of state. He is an unquestioned expert in the areas of major event planning and security, criminal investigations, organized crime, uniformed patrol techniques and electronic surveillance and eavesdropping. He has also served as the security and operations coordinator for major music awards ceremonies, professional sports teams and multiple Fortune 500 companies. A consummate security professional who maintains a incomparable list of professional contacts and partnerships, including captains of industry, local and federal law enforcement managers and U.S. government leaders.
